Sir Peter hung long thick ropes on the ceiling and wrapped weighted bandages around Bahra’s arms. “First thing I want you t’do” Sir Peter said in a soft voice “is t’ stand on your left foot with both of your hand and your right foot tied behind your back, but I want you to stand on the top of this ladder.” Bahra’s mouth dropped and his eye opened wide as he looked the ladder up and down “Wah… how am I! Going to do that?” Sir Peter looked at him, smiled and said “I’ll be back in half an hour.”
Princess Teila tied Bahra’s limbs together when he got to the top of the ladder. Bahra managed a good five minutes before he tipped and fell to his left. He pried he hand free to stop him from damaging himself. He picked himself up and tried, tried and tried again until he could stand on the ladder for thirty minutes.
Sir Peter watched in secret as Bahra trained with Princess Teila. The smile on his began to broaden as Bahra started to get the hand of balancing. He entered the room once Bahra had mastered balancing on a ladder. “Very good, young prince.” He said with a clap of his hands “Now it’s time for the next part of your training.”
